  • If you’ve purchased tickets but can no longer attend, please contact us via the form on our website or email us at info@spinjazz.com.

    We’ll happily refund you if the event is sold out and we can re-sell your tickets.

    Please note that tickets are non-transferable between events.

    Tap Social: Enjoy excellent wood-fired, hand-stretched pizzas made with sourdough bases from their own Proof Social Bakehouse.

  • Congratulations! To claim your free tickets:

    • Contact us via the form on our website or email us at info@spinjazz.com with the name of the event you'd like to attend and the number of tickets you’d like to use.

    • We’ll reserve your tickets for the event of your choice (provided it’s not already sold out).

    Occasionally, alongside our 'Early Bird' ticket offers, we run a raffle to win two free tickets to one of our events. Entry to the raffle is based on the timing of your ticket purchase and is detailed in our event mailouts. Yet another great reason to sign up for our mailing list here!

  • Seating is allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis according to ticket purchases. This means earlier ticket buyers are typically seated closer to the front, rather than those who arrive earliest on the night.

    Tickets purchased under the same name at different times will be seated together.

    If you have a specific seating request—for example, if you’d like to be seated with someone who booked tickets under a different name—please contact us at info@spinjazz.com or use the contact form on our website. While we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to fulfill your request, we’ll do our best to accommodate you on the evening.

    We’re also happy to support individuals with accessibility needs. Let us know in advance via the contact form so our team of volunteers can adjust the seating plan to accommodate you.


    At Tap Social in Botley, we also offer ‘standing’ tickets. These are labeled as such on our website and in your confirmation email after purchase. Standing tickets include access to some unreserved seating on the balcony.

  • Tap Social
    There is limited parking available at the Curtis Industrial Estate, where Tap Social is located.

    Unfortunately, the estate where Tap is housed has begun a new regime with the parking. The bare bones of it are that cars have to be moved from the site after 2 hours free parking.

    However… PLEASE DON’T GIVE UP: There is the Park & Ride nearby, plus roadside parking near the estate.

    If this is a problem for you, there is a system in place where all you need to do is to log your car’s registration number when you arrive at The Spin, and this then allows you to leave your car where it is for the duration of the evening!

    We are really sorry to inform you of this completely pointless ruling, but please bear with us by following this procedure; rest assured, we’ll do what we can to try to reverse these new rules!

    Summertown Wine Bar does not have dedicated parking. However, there are local car parks and on-street parking options available in the Summertown area.

    We’ve brought the 'doors open' time forward by half an hour at Summertown Wine Bar to accommodate the popularity of food orders. This helps stagger the orders throughout the evening for a better experience.
