A very special guest comes to the club for this show - Tony O'Malley is one of the great vocalist/pianists of the last 30 years on the UK music scene, delivering his unique blend of soul, jazz and funk. One of the funkiest pianists you will hear and an incredible vocalist.
Best known for his leading Kokomo, a powerhouse soul/jazz group that released three albums, influenced a whole generation of musicians, and featured some of the finest players around - Andy Newmark (Sly and The Family Stone), being one example of the artistry of the band. Tony himself has worked with a host of other groups - 10CC being the best known.
In the recent past, Tony has continued to write and release albums, the most recent being Meteorite.
An exceptional performer for a one off gig that features Richie Aikman on guitar, Keith Fairbairn on percussion, Raf Mizraki on bass and Mark Doffman on drums.
